RETURN POLICY

 

We know that it can be difficult to choose the correct product or shade when ordering awesome beauty products online. We strongly encourage you to visit one of our authorized MisMacK Clean Cosmetics retailers to be properly color matched before purchasing. We want to make sure that you have the best experience and results possible with MisMacK products. For this reason, we accept the online exchange of any MisMacK Clean Cosmetics products within 15 days of original purchase accompanied by the original invoice. 

For unopened, unused products, we will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase, accompanied by the original invoice.

Please note: products purchased at an authorized retailer are non-refundable unless due to a rare reaction. We work very closely with our proud retailers to make sure you are purchasing the correct products for your individual needs.

 

To return a product or exchange one for account credit, call us at 1-866-258-4290 or e-mail missy@mismack.com and we will be happy to walk you through the process. A return can be made for account credit unless a request for a refund has been submitted and approved. 

 

When shipping returns or exchanges back to MisMacK please ship products in the box they were originally sent to you in or in a similar box. Please do not ship our products in a padded envelope. This does not keep products safe from damage.

 

Please note: original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded on returns and exchanges. For returns, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping products back to MisMacK Clean Cosmetics, unless there was an error on our end in packing your new products, in which case we will take care of that for you. This information applies to online orders only. 


Shipping

 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Please keep an eye on your email for updates and tracking number. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
