Are MisMacK products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes. MisMacK is PETA certified vegan and cruelty free.
Our products are intentionally formulated without silicone or dimethicone.
You can find the complete ingredient list on each product page. If you have a known sensitivity or allergy, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully before purchasing.
Absolutely. MisMacK is created for every age and every stage.
Our complexion products and skincare are designed to work beautifully with changing skin, including dry and mature skin. If you are unsure which products will work best for you, our team would love to help through a complimentary Pampering Session or Virtual Consultation.
Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy MisMacK products, but every person’s skin is different.

Yes. Book a complimentary Virtual Consultation and meet with a MisMacK artist from wherever you are.
We can help with foundation matching, product recommendations, skincare questions, application guidance and choosing the right products for you.
We do our best to represent each shade as accurately as possible. However, colours can appear differently depending on your screen, lighting and individual skin tone.
If you are uncertain about a shade, contact us before ordering or book a Virtual Consultation.
Also because we are small batched, slight colour variations can occur.
Multi use means one product can be used in more than one way.
Many MisMacK products can be mixed, layered or used on different areas of the face. Look for the Multi Use Magic section on individual product pages for ideas and application guidance.

Orders and Shipping
Available shipping destinations and rates will appear during checkout after you enter your address.
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your location and order.
Canadian orders of $99 or more qualify for free shipping. The $99 minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes.
Yes. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and activate your tracking number.
Yes. Local pickup is available from our Salmon Arm store for eligible products.

Our team works quickly to prepare orders, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been submitted. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to it.

If your order has not been shipped, we will do our best to correct it. MisMacK is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly during checkout.

Preorders
A preorder allows you to reserve a product before it arrives at MisMacK.
Payment is collected when the order is placed. The expected arrival or shipping timeline will be included on the product page whenever possible.
Preorder timelines are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, transportation, customs or other circumstances outside our control.
We will communicate any significant updates affecting your order.
Orders containing both available and preorder products may be held until every item is ready to ship.
If you need the available products sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order.
Returns and ExchangesPreorders
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics and skincare cannot be returned unless the product is defective.

Pampering Sessions, Lessons and Makeup Services
A Pampering Session is your opportunity to experience MisMacK products with personalized guidance from one of our artists.
There is absolutely no pressure to purchase. It is simply a safe space to connect, learn, play and be pampered.
A Pampering Session introduces you to MisMacK products and helps you discover what works for you.
During a Makeup Lesson, you learn application techniques by working alongside one of our professional artists. You will use the brushes and apply the products yourself while your artist guides you through each step.
Yes. Complimentary Virtual Consultations and select Virtual Lessons are available for customers who cannot visit us in Salmon Arm.
Yes. Professional makeup applications are available in our Salmon Arm studio.
Our artists specialize in timeless, natural application using MisMacK products.
Yes. Bridal hair and makeup services are available through consultation with our team.
Because wedding services often involve multiple people, artists and appointment dates, bridal bookings are arranged directly with our staff.
All Wedding Services (hair and makeup) are available in our downtown Salmon Arm Store.
We do NOT provide on location wedding services.

GamePlay™ Eye Black is our clean, Canadian made take on traditional athletic eye black.
It was created to deliver game ready impact without relying on the formulas commonly found in conventional sporting products.
Grit Sticks™ are bold, team inspired colour sticks created for athletes, fans and game day expression.
They can be used to create stripes, shapes and colour that show exactly who you are cheering for.
We recommend using the MisMacK Cleansing Balm Stick.
Apply the balm directly over the colour, gently massage it in and wipe it away with a soft, damp cloth. Repeat if needed and avoid aggressive rubbing around the eye area.
GlitterEnvi™ is MisMacK’s biodegradable glitter, created as a more thoughtful alternative to conventional plastic glitter.
It can be used to add colour and game day energy to your face, hair and body. Always follow the application instructions provided with the product.
Select GamePlay™, Grit Kit™ and team Fan Kit™ purchases include a contribution to KidSport.
The donation amount and benefiting KidSport chapter are listed on the individual product page because they may vary by product or partnership.
Available Fan Kits™ can be purchased through the MisMacK website, our Salmon Arm store and participating team or retail locations.
