PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

PREORDERS

Certain products may be offered for preorder before they are available to ship. Payment is collected when the order is placed unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Any expected shipping date or timeframe shown on the product page is an estimate and may change due to production, inventory, or shipping circumstances.

If you need to request a cancellation before your preorder has been fulfilled, please contact us immediately at mismackcosmetics@gmail.com with your order number. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution.

If MisMacK Clean Cosmetics® is unable to fulfill a preorder, the affected product will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

Our regular Return and Refund Policy applies to all preorder purchases. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
